I'm trying to hear what the Rava character is saying in the The Statue episode. No scripts or subtitles give me any answer, so now I turn to you guys.

Jerry, Elaine, and Rava sit in the living room.)

ELAINE: (to Rava) So, the meeting with Lippman is all set. He’s the editor-in-chief! I think because of your request ...

RAVA: Demand.

ELAINE: They're going to promote me to editor.

RAVA: ????????.

It sound like 'Down to ten' but I'm not sure how that would fit into the conversation. Please help me out guys!

I reckon. Rava also stretches out "tootin" so that's prolly why it sounded like "to ten".
