I was always under the impression Jerry was a Mets fan but he often talks with Kramer about the Yankees and there is a Yankees hat by his window in the episode "The Cafe".
Anyone know for sure?

Met and Yankee hats have hung alternatively in Jerry's apartment. Jerry has made it a point to watch both Met and Yankee games on TV, though he seems to have ATTENDED only a Yankee game. Unlike most New Yorkers, it would appear that Jerry's door swings both ways. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
George, employee or not, is a Yankee fan, his apartment having been adorned with Yankee stuff even before his hiring, his idol being Mickey Mantle, and "knowing" the widow Mantle. Kramer has attended both Yankee and Met games. We know only that Newman attended a Met game (and was spat upon). Elaine is an Oriole fan. |

In real life, Jerry is a huge Met fan. He goes to every game. I've seen him. He's neato |

What the hell is a Met anyway? Is it a Yankee that's had the old switcheroo pulled on it? |

Where do you even find a Met?

Mookie...first look under Metrosexual and find the listing of a few freaks (not that there's anything wrong with that, of course). A few lines lines up, you will see a listing for Metropolitans. Under a sublisting of this entry you might find a Met. Well, maybe only in New York. |

I'm still trying to figure out how a guy called Mookie would have trouble finding a Met(ropolitan), |

Why are so many teams named after articles of clothing? White sox, Red sox, Knickerbockers, what's next? The Toronto Turbans? The Houston Hijabs? Am I right people? |

Jackie taps his head recalling Jerry's bit about rooting for uniforms instead of players |

I'm surprised Jerry even like sports. How primitive are humans running after balls? |

Either JFK Jr. posted in the wrong thread, or he and Todd Gak are one in the same.
